The Damned have just released their new single “The Invisible Man” and are gearing up to release their latest album, Darkadelic on April 28th, 2023. This is the band’s first release following 2018’s Evil Spirits and fans are eagerly awaiting the new material.
“The Invisible Man,” is a dark and brooding track that showcases the band’s unique blend of punk rock and gothic elements. The upcoming album Darkadelic promises to be a continuation of the band’s eclectic and genre-defying sound.
Directed by Martin Gooch, the band describes the track’s accompanying music video as a “gloriously delirious video that swirls Captain Sensible’s trippy guitar swaths into David Vanian’s tale of mystery and madness.” If that doesn’t sound promising, we don’t know what does.
